We the People – Elon Law’s Constitutional Law Journal
We the People strives to advance legal education and scholarship through the contribution of intelligent discussion and analysis of the United States Constitution and constitutional law related issues. We the People publishes once per year and is edited and published entirely by students at Elon University School of Law. Submissions
We the People invites individuals to submit articles who are currently working to obtain a juris doctor degree at an accredited university and those who already hold a juris doctor degree. We the People requires authors to include a curriculum vitae with their submission.
Submissions should be word processed and double spaced. Citations should be in footnote form and in compliance with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.). Submissions are open to articles that do not exceed 12,000 words.
