Wake Forest Law Review Online invites scholars and legal practitioners to submit manuscripts to be considered on a rolling basis, now through 2026, for publication in 16 Wake Forest L. Rev. Online _ (2025).

WFLR Online is excited to showcase new academia on our redesigned website. We seek to feature scholarship on all relevant legal topics. We work closely with authors throughout the publication process, and our rigorous editorial timeline is often completed within 45-60 days. The author will have two opportunities to incorporate substantive feedback into the piece.

If you are interested, please submit your manuscript and current resume/curriculum vitae via Scholastica. We are only considering manuscripts from authors who have a Juris Doctor or equivalent degree. Authors currently enrolled in a J.D. program will not be considered. Submissions should be between 5000 and 7500 words. We will be accepting manuscripts on a rolling basis through 2026. Due to the nature of acceptance, we can be flexible with the publication timeline.
